Written agreement

Written agreement – a form of a local agreement which content has been recorded in full on paper, where details very precisely the intentions of the parties to enter into the agreement, all the terms & conditions, and the personal signatures of people who signed. The local legislation sets up a precise list of types of contracts that should be concluded in writing, otherwise void. Written contracts are preferred by parties who perform trade deals, because it can stand as proper proof in local courts.
