Grace – this term details an official government decision that allows a person who has been convicted of a crime, to be released and absolved of that conviction. As if the person has never been convicted. Namely to be allowed to obtain by the court their clear certificate for lack of convictions (also known as clear criminal record). The pardon is typically used to remove a criminal record against a good citizen for a committed small offense that may have been committed during adolescence or young adulthood. The various legal systems set up different rules for pardon. But commonly it includes the long period of time of impeccable behavior and a reference check.
