Exploratory employment – this legal term finds usage in the sphere of Labor Law in some jurisdictions. It details a temporary employment, which has the goal to review the skills and labor abilities of the candidate for a permanent job position. He is called “probationer”. Each party can cancel the exploratory employment legally without further liabilities and obligations. As well it ends with the expiration of its specified term. Without obliging the employer to hire the probationer, if he is not satisfied with the shown results in his labor.
