Manifest – In the sphere of Parliamentary Law this legal term refers to an announced official statement, made directly to the public by a governmental authority like the Parliament or the President. Most of all, the manifests inform the society about the legal actions of this Authority, Institution or presiding person. Usually, the manifest is a statement for an official position. Rarely it could apply to the recipients for taking particular and necessary behavior.
