Accessory or accomplice

Accessory or accomplice – this legal term defines the figure of a person who assists, advises or encourages another one to commit a crime or to do a fraud, which usually will benefit you, although you are not the actual one who committed it. In many jurisdictions for some heavy crimes such activity is a subject of a punishment, where on the criminal trial the court will equally punish a person who helps or advises another person to commit a crime or to do a fraud.
