Clinical negligence

Clinical negligence – the term is also known as “medical negligence” and in most countries it applies to detail a situation where a patient has been injured or has died because a doctor has not given the proper professional standard of medical care to the patient during the treatment. Clinical negligence is always a base for pursuing criminal or administrative liability of the doctor, exclusion from the doctor’s association and also for claiming compensation for the breach of duty of medical care.
