General proxy

General proxy – in most countries this term details the legal figure of authorized lawyer who is entitled with their major power of attorney to deal with all affairs of the client and to represent legally the authorizer/principal before all local authorities, institutions, governmental bodies and private individuals, as well to perform all legal activities as if it was the authorizer himself. It is important to be pointed here that in some countries many parties may not accept or recognize or such a general power of attorney, as they insist for specific rights to be detailed in, although this is not necessary in singing general power of attorney.
