Legal advice – this term details the paid advice about the law and your options, given verbally or written by a qualified and licensed practicing bona-fide lawyer. In some legal systems, lawyers registered in the Bar Chamber give legal advices to third parties, and the solicitors may consult only the companies they have been employed at on a labor contract. I.e. there you can get a legal advice only by a law practitioner who is licensed by the Bar to practice as a bona-fide lawyer, and who has a lawyer’s insurance for damages caused to clients. Note that the services of a lawyer are not free, i.e. any information you may request to get from a lawyer, you may have to pay for. Just like you go to a doctor and you pay for his services on your medical issue, it is the same when you visit a lawyer to seek help with your legal issue.
