Papering – in the sphere of Criminal Law, this term refers to the written order by the prosecutor in the form of a decision whether there is performed crime by the concrete accused person (so with this order they take the case in the court), or there are not enough evidences against him so the criminal proceeding so he ends it. The papering has valid legal force for the future and on a later stage, another criminal proceeding can not start against the same convicted for the same resumed crime. A synonym is “screening”.
