Barred claim

Barred claim – within the area of Civil Trials in most legal systems the barred claim is this type of claim which can not be any longer submitted in court – usually because of expiration of allowance terms, or because of losing the rights to enter it. For example the local legislation provides that you may seek via court payment of interest in three years term, but you submit your claim after ten years. Such claim is “barred claim”.
