Qualified lawyer – the term details the legal figure of an attorney who is qualified and got skills within a certain sphere of the legal practice (for example, Property Law, Civil Law, Litigations, etc.), due to their knowledge and constant practice in the concrete sphere of legal business.

Note that lawyers, incl. qualified lawyers and attorneys-at-law, do not work for free; their job is paid and should be respected, so when asking a lawyer for their legal opinion on a concrete legal issue, you should pay them for their opinion and legal advice; it is the same like when you visit a doctor and pay for diagnose and medical treatment.
