Provisional custody

Provisional custody – within the meaning, given by the Family Law, this term details a legal custody, created via witnessed authorization, in which the parents entitle a third person to provide care and supervision of a child. Usually the provisional custody is temporary – during divorce or criminal proceedings; this is why sometimes it is referred as “temporary custody”.
