Real estate improvements – the matter with improvements done on immovable properties, is important because these usually use to increase the market price of it. Especially in cases where the new owner makes improvements on his own account. But then is a subject of eviction from the property (i.e. loses the title because of third parties’ ownership claims). Or in a situation, where occupant makes improvements to the rented property with the knowledge and consent by the landlord. In such situations, the improvements will benefit not the party which has spent money and have made these improvements. So this particular party should have a right to compensation for the real estate improvements made by this party.
