Request for admission

Request for admission – this term applies in the Court Procedures in some legal systems, where a party may submit request to admit the original of a document, or a fact that is applicable to the lawsuit. The role of such request for admission is to speed the process, where the party declares they won’t appeal against this document or fact. For example, in litigation procedures, the claimant for refund of their money presents a payment order towards the defendant, and the defendant admits this document and the fact of payment.
