Resignation – in terms of Labor Law, this legal term usually refers to a notification, given by employee towards their employer, to state they are quitting the job voluntary. The resignation is voluntary termination of labor relation, initiated by the employee. This may happen due to upcoming retirement or in cases where the employee has found a better job. Most legal systems establish specific terms in advance for notifying the employer that you wish to end your job.
