Revalidation of a will

Revalidation of a will – this term finds application in the Inheritance Law in some legal systems. There it details the act of re-execution of a will by the testator, with a view of giving it full force and effect. The executor has to divide the assets as per the requirements of the testator, to pay the outstanding debts, etc. Somewhere called also “republication of a will”. The opposite action is “revocal of a will”, which pursues to invalidate the issued personal will so it won’t take effect.
