Walking possession – In most jurisdictions this is a signed agreement by the judgment debtor not to remove goods or items levied by an enforcement agent under the authority of an execution order and to allow the local enforcement agent (or the bailiff) an access at any time to inspect the goods or items, in consideration of which these are still in the possession of the judgment debtor.
