Will – this is a written and signed statement, made solely by an individual, which provides for the disposition of their property when they die (namely they detail who will be the heir of this estate after their death). A personal will is absolutely an individual act and in some legal systems, there cannot be a common will for two spouses, for example, but only a separate for each one.
