Care order – within the area of Family Law, this legal term details an order by the court, giving instructions to a local Child Care Authority to take care for a child. In practice, usually this is done in situations where the court finds out that there is violation done to the child by its parents, where the parents have died or are gone missing, or in cases where the parents are not able to take care of their own child.
