Child abuse

Child abuse – within the meaning given by the Criminal Law in many jurisdictions, this term refers to an ill-treatment or molestation suffered by an underage person – usually expressed by the parents/relatives. The act of harm could be physical or emotional. All social systems treat the child abuse with high priority and initiate charges for the parents (due to lack of care), taking the child out of the family, or even conviction of the parents and prison sentence.
