Leading junior attorney

Leading junior attorney – per the meaning of the law, applicable in many jurisdictions, this is the figure of a licensed and qualified lawyer who deals with more serious cases. Usually a practicing term has to be passed to enable the concrete lawyer to work on serious cases and in higher courts – for example, in some countries after 2 years of legal practice the barrister is entitled to work in 2nd stage Court, and after 5 years of practice – at the High Supreme Court.
