Lien avoidance

Lien avoidance – this is a term used in the insolvency procedure, where determines a rule that the previously established liens during litigation procedures, are to not to be taken into consideration by the trusted assignee, i.e. these lose their legal force and should be removed. The burdened assets are to be included by the assigned trustee in the insolvency pot, for satisfaction of creditors.
