Parliament sovereignty – in terms of the Constitutional Law, this legal phrase describes the supreme authority in the legislative body, called “Parliament” and applicable in many legal systems, for making, changing, or ending any law (i.e. for producing the local legislation). The Parliament body is independent from the other two major authorities within one country – the Administrative institutions and Courts.
