Post obit gift – within the area of Inheritance Law in many jurisdictions this term is used to detail a type of will in which the testator makes a gift of his assets to a distributor. So, in the text of a post obit gift it will be stipulated that the gift will take effect at the testator’s death and that the land will then be distributed following the provisions which the testators has issued.
