Public servant – within the area of Administrative Law the term details the figure of a person employed by the government. Despite of the concrete type of position, the public servant works on this position via election (where called “elected official”) or via signing normal labor contract – as regular governmental worker. Elected officials such as legislators, judges, mayors and governors are public servants. Somewhere known as “civil servant”.
