Express trust – this term applies in the area of Trusts and Probates. It details a trust, established in benefit and in favor of a concrete private individual, and not in public benefit. In the express trust, one or more individuals hold the person’s property, subject to certain duties. Some of these duties are to use and protect it in benefit of another person. This type of trust consists of four necessary elements: A will for the creation of the trust, a subject matter, and two figures – trustee and beneficiary.
